Salad Endive a La Maison

Ingredients:
4 heads of
Endive
Cut and chop the green
onion, apple, orange, celery, cucumber and red pepper. Add one envelope of vanilla
sugar and juice from 1/2 lemon, and mix. Sprinkle the blueberries
(or grapes) on top. Set aside in a separate
glass bowl.
Take 4 heads of Endive, 1 head Red Endive - cut, mix and place in a
separate bowl.
Take 1 head Romaine Lettuce - wash, cut and place in separate bowl.
Diners have a choice of mixing from 3 separate bowls with the addition
of their favourite salad dressing. Try 1000 Islands as a start.
Serves 3-4.
